CineCzar is a social movie voting app developed by Telio Studios. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. This is handled through Supabase Authentication and is used solely to identify you within the app.

We also collect data you create while using CineCzar, including the groups you join or create, movies you add, votes you cast, and verdict ratings. This data is stored in our Supabase database and is visible to other members of your groups.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store a device push token to send you alerts about new ballots and movie events within your groups. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Third-Party Services

CineCzar uses The Movie Database (TMDB) and the Open Movie Database (OMDB) to provide movie information. We do not share your personal information with them. Our backend is hosted on Supabase.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your in-app activity is visible to other members of the groups you belong to.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you have an active account. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

CineCzar is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as we add new features. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
